Computer Engineering Laboratories
The Department of Computer Engineering at TED University offers students modern, technology-equipped laboratory facilities where they can apply the theoretical knowledge required by contemporary engineering practices. The laboratory infrastructure of our department is continuously updated to support both undergraduate and graduate-level education and research activities.
Our students actively utilize these laboratories to enhance their knowledge and skills across a wide range of areas, from basic programming courses to advanced project work.
Our Laboratories
In our general-purpose computer laboratories, students conduct practical work within the scope of courses such as basic and advanced programming, data structures, algorithms, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computer networks. All computers are equipped with up-to-date hardware and software, providing access to different operating systems and development environments.
Hardware and Software Infrastructure
Personal computers with modern processor and memory configurations
High-speed internet and campus network connectivity
Linux- and Windows-based development environments
Licensed software including MATLAB, Visual Studio, PyCharm, and Android Studio
GPU-supported systems for artificial intelligence and machine learning studies
Use in Education and Research
Our laboratories are actively used not only for course applications but also for graduation projects, scientific research, student club activities, and national/international competitions. Through the practical experiences they gain, our students take confident steps into their professional careers after graduation.
