The event titled “Women Building the Future: Technology, Courage and Leadership”, organized in collaboration with IEEE TED University Student Branch and IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE), will be held on March 30 at TED University Multi-Purpose Hall.

Within the scope of the event, Simay Akar Koehler, one of IEEE’s leading figures, will take part as a speaker. Serving as the WIE Chair-Elect 2026 and a member of the IEEE-USA Board, Koehler will share her experiences and vision on how women shape the future through technology, courage, and leadership.

This event aims to inspire all participants, especially students pursuing careers in technology, to build strong connections and to strengthen the role of women in STEM fields.
